Twitter vs FaceBook

Question:

What is ?

Answer:

FaceBook isn’t the only social media platform that has a very large user base, Twitter.com is another popular online social utility. Twitter allows its registered users to micro-blog to the online community what they are doing, comment and follow what other users are doing. The little micro-blog comments left on Twitter by its users are called, tweets.

Twitter’s user base is experiencing exponential growth. This drove rival Facebook’s half a billion US dollar bid for Twitter, to capitalize on the site’s traffic. Twitter’s response? They turned down the offer. Twitter execs are confident that they can find a profitable model to capitalize on their site traffic without the help of social media giant, FaceBook.
