Facebook has officially announced that users will now be able to update both their Facebook page and Twitter updates at the same time. Users that update their Facebook page will now have the option to share their updates with their Twitter followers. Facebook users will also be able to regulate which updates they would like to share on Facebook such as photos, link, events etc.
You will also be able to link several pages to different Twitter accounts. This characteristic will only link Facebook pages to Twitter and not to your own profile.
As Facebook users are now able to kill two birds with one stone, Facebook is clearly hoping that their users’ Facebook page will become a one stop shop. Facebook will become Twitter’s most popular client, which may come as a surprise as it seemed that Facebook was in the race to outdo Twitter.
